 REGISTRATION FEES

Conference Registration (flat-fee) includes two nights accommodations.

Students: At time of registration you must submit proof of status or enrollment, such as a valid ID or an official transcript to Organizing Committee by email (2013SZPC@gmail.com;Aurora@abm-intl.com). Registrations without the proper documentation will be returned without processing.

 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be requested in writing to the Organizing Committee by email (2013SZPC@gmail.com; Aurora@abm-intl.com ).
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations that are received by March 15, 2013. Cancellations received after this date will incur a $80 processing fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations received after April 5, 2013 nor will they be issued to no-shows.
